7. In a technical standpoint Gogo DID out skill the Bride and pretty easily at that but in a fight anything goes so I can’t fault people saying that the Bride was better. Still for such a young girl against a women that has trained and fought for years Gogo did very well.

10. What is silly about those who think Gogo was so brilliant and the Bride was simply lucky to kill Gogo is the fact that the Bride used a piece of wood from a table to defend herself for much of the fight leading up to the climax.

    If Gogo had been a wiser fighter she would have paid more attention and realized that most anything can be used as a weapon and, before approaching close to the Bride after trapping her in a chokehold, made sure to clear the way of yet another piece of wood which instead the Bride managed to get a hold of and use to finish off Gogo. If someone keeps using the same weapon to defend themselves clear the playing field of that weapon! Simple wise practice.

    The best fighter doesn’t allow arrogance to cloud judgment and awareness.
